Chef notes
- Choose a variety of textures — combine creamy cheeses, cured meats, crisp vegetables, and juicy olives for a balanced bite. - Slice meats and cheeses thinly so guests can easily pick up and enjoy each ingredient together. - Drain marinated ingredients well before arranging them to prevent excess oil or liquid from spreading across the platter. - Arrange by color and texture rather than randomly to create a beautiful, abundant presentation. - Add fresh herbs just before serving and keep the platter chilled until ready to enjoy for the freshest flavor and appearance.
