Mini Tuna Salad Sandwich Bites

- 8 slices soft white sandwich bread
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

- Black pepper, to taste
- 4–6 lettuce leaves
- 8–10 cherry tomatoes
