  • 400–500 g sliced cheddar or Gouda
  • 1 head curly green lettuce
  • 250 g sliced beef ham, rolled
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 01

Arrange the salami slices overlapping around the outer edge of a large round platter.

  2. 02

Layer the cheese slices inside the salami, overlapping them into a neat circular ring.

  3. 03

Add curly lettuce leaves inside the cheese ring.

  4. 04

Roll the ham slices and arrange them radially around the center.

  5. 05

Place cherry tomatoes in a mound at the center.

  6. 06

Surround the tomatoes with green olives.

  7. 07

Finish with fresh parsley sprigs between the olives and ham.

Chef notes

- Use thin, evenly sliced salami and cheese for clean, symmetrical rings. - Slightly overlap each slice to keep the circles compact and attractive. - Keep lettuce dry and crisp so the layers stay fresh. - Roll the ham tightly and place each roll at the same angle for a uniform look. - Use cherry tomatoes of similar size for a neat center. - Pat olives and tomatoes dry before arranging to prevent excess moisture. - Add parsley last for a fresh, colorful finish. - Chill the platter for 20–30 minutes before serving so everything stays firm. - Assemble close to serving time for the best texture and appearance.
