Chef notes
- Use thin, evenly sliced salami and cheese for clean, symmetrical rings. - Slightly overlap each slice to keep the circles compact and attractive. - Keep lettuce dry and crisp so the layers stay fresh. - Roll the ham tightly and place each roll at the same angle for a uniform look. - Use cherry tomatoes of similar size for a neat center. - Pat olives and tomatoes dry before arranging to prevent excess moisture. - Add parsley last for a fresh, colorful finish. - Chill the platter for 20–30 minutes before serving so everything stays firm. - Assemble close to serving time for the best texture and appearance.
