04
Arrange the green olives: Place the green olives together in a compact section on the right side of the platter.

Make the salami rose: Take several thin salami slices and fold and overlap them in a circular pattern to create one large, open salami rose.

06
Place the salami rose: Carefully place the large salami rose directly in the center of the platter.
-
07
Add the tomato wedges: Arrange the quartered tomato wedges around the salami rose, keeping them evenly spaced and symmetrical.

-
09
Garnish: Add a small amount of fresh parsley if desired and serve.
Chef notes
- Use firm, fresh vegetables so the platter keeps its shape. - Slice the cucumber thinly and evenly for a clean, symmetrical pattern. - Choose firm tomatoes and cut the wedges evenly. - Use thin salami slices to make the rose easier to shape. - Overlap the salami slices tightly so the rose looks full and natural. - Place the salami rose at the center for a strong visual focal point. - Arrange the olives in compact, balanced sections on both sides. - Pat the vegetables dry before arranging to prevent excess moisture on the platter. - Keep the platter refrigerated until serving for the freshest presentation. - For the best appearance, assemble the platter shortly before serving.
