- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 6–8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup black olives
- 250–300 g beef salami, thinly sliced
- 2 large bunches fresh parsley
- 1 large bunch fresh chives or green onions
- Optional: toothpicks for securing the salami roses
