Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  • Pat the chicken breasts (or thighs) dry with paper towels.

  • Rub the seasoning blend all over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated.
