Ingredients
  

3 cups sweet corn (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)

2 tbsp butter

½ cup heavy cream

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp cream cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add corn and sauté for 3–5 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined.
  • Gradually add shredded cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Stir in cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve warm, or transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese, and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños or chili flakes.
  • Use full-fat cheese for the best melting quality.
  • To make it dairy-free, use plant-based milk and cheese alternatives.
