- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water or cooled green tea
- Optional: stevia or raw honey to taste
Add liquids: Combine apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice in a blender or jar.
Mix dry ingredients: Add cinnamon, pink salt, and ginger.
Add chia seeds: Stir in chia and let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
