Mediterranean Garden Party Platter
Make a colorful Mediterranean appetizer platter with fresh vegetables, olives, crispy chickpeas, and a beautiful cheese flower centerpiece.

Ingredients
- 1 large head green leaf lettuce
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 4–5 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups green olives, pitted
- 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups roasted chickpeas, seasoned
- 10–12 slices white cheese such as mozzarella or provolone
- 6–8 black olives for the center
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare the lettuce: Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly. Arrange them around the edges of a large rectangular serving platter.
